The ERASMUS programme has existed for almsot 35 years.
The current Erasmus+ funding line, which runs from 2021-2027, is a programme run by the European Union to support general and professional training, youth and sport. Within this funding programme, students can study at a European university in another participating country, in order to expand their social and cultural skills and to improve their career prospects. Practical placements in a business in one of the Programme Countries are also supported.
Erasmus+ also contributes to the further internationalisation of universities by supporting short-term lectureships and periods of further study for teaching and administrative staff.
You can find further information on the Erasmus+ programme on the website of the European Commission.
The International Office team will be pleased to support you in all questions about ERASMUS+!
