We explicitly advise you that to have adequate insurance covering the private realm.

Please contact us before your stay. You will need to plan and book the trip yourself. The mobility agreement has to be drawn up before your stay between you and the partner institution.

Before the beginning of your stay:

  • Submit a travel authorization request (Dienstreiseantrag).
  • Complete the Mobility Agreement and have it signed by the partner university (scanned signatures are sufficient). Then submit it to the International Office.
  • We will send you a “Grant Agreement” which includes your financial support. Please return the signed original copy of this document to us. We will then transfer the payment.

Please note that the signatures on this document must be made before your departure.

After the end of your stay:

  • Submit the Letter of Confirmation. Please have it signed by the partner institution before your departure.
  • By e-mail, you will receive a link to an online questionnaire (report about your experiences). Please complete this within 30 days after the end of your stay.
