Funding commitment for student exchanges with Jerusalem

jamd logoThe European Commission has approved the application by the International Office of the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich (HMTM) for a grant of over 75,000 Euros for mobility projects with the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance (JAMD) (https://www.jamd.ac.il/en). The funding period begins on 1 August 2019 and extends over a period of 3 years. The main focus of this initiative will be student exchanges. The aim of the funding is to support a continuous mutual exchange between the two universities. The JAMD has been a partner university of the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich (HMTM) since 2018. Both institutions already work together intensively on various different projects.
Each semester, at least one student mobility to Israel can be supported. In return, the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich (HMTM) will host students from Israel to study in Munich. As well as this, there will also be funding opportunities for teaching and administrative staff.
The International Office is available to answer questions at any time, and asks those interested in applying for a study placement in Jerusalem to get in touch with Cindy Voigtländer (This email address is being protected from spambots.
